How should you start recovering your data?

Follow the steps we list below, fill out the form, pack your device, print the label. We will contact you once we receive the form

Fill the form

You must complete all the information on the form. Once we receive it, we will call you or send you a WhatsApp to coordinate the collection of your device.

Packaging

Carefully pack your device, you must be especially careful with hard drives, as any bump or fall could damage them even more. Here we make some recommendations on how you should pack it.

Label

Download the label and write all the necessary data, paste it on the packaging.

Packing your device

Pack your devices carefully, keeping in mind, for example, that hard drives are very sensitive to shocks and can be damaged even more. Our courier service will only accept properly packaged devices. If you have questions, contact us

ONE

Wrap your device in plastic wrap or bubble envelope

TWO

Try to use a box with at least 5 cm of packing material on all sides (you can use crumpled paper, stuffing chips, or any other padding material)

THREE

Close the box with adhesive tape and stick the label (which you have previously downloaded in PDF) with your data

Download and print our official label. This will make it easier for everyone to identify your shipment and the courier will announce that it is a device that must be handled with great care.
